- Two-wheeler Service Advisor

- Welcome customers and listen to their bike problems.

- Automobile technical knowledge

- Technical knowledge of two wheeler

- Check the bike and note service or repair needs.

- Explain service work and cost to customers clearly.

- Prepare job cards and service details.

- Coordinate with mechanics and follow up on work status.

- Update customers about service progress and delivery time.

- Ensure work is completed on time and with good quality.

- Do a final check before giving the bike to the customer.

- Handle customer questions and complaints politely.

- Maintain service records and daily reports.

- Promote service packages and spare parts if required.

- Keep the service area clean and organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
