- Estimate Creation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts, labor, and repairs, and secure customer approval before work begins.
- Communication: Translate technical jargon into plain language so vehicle owners understand what repairs are required.
- Workflow Management: Schedule appointments, track repair progress in the shop, and update customers on estimated completion times.
- Sales & Upselling: Propose necessary maintenance or service alternatives to increase shop revenue while maintaining customer trust.
- Billing & Delivery: Process payments, review invoices with clients, and hand over the vehicle once the repair is complete
