- Handle customer enquiries and vehicle service complaints.
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor service progress.
- Explain repairs, maintenance, and spare parts requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Promote periodic maintenance and value-added services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic automotive knowledge and computer skills.
Experience: 1–3 years in an automobile service centre preferred. Freshers may also apply. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
