Server / Kitchen Assistant

Server / Kitchen Assistant is responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests while assisting the kitchen team with basic kitchen activities. The role involves serving guests, maintaining cleanliness in restaurant and kitchen areas, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while following hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist with food and beverage service.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Set up tables and arrange cutlery, crockery, and other service items.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and arranging ingredients as instructed.
- Assist with washing and maintaining kitchen utensils, equipment, and crockery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, restaurant, and storage areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Assist with receiving, arranging, and storing food supplies as instructed.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food service.
- Refill service stations and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.




- Assist with restaurant and kitchen opening and closing activities.
- Handle guest requests professionally and report complaints to the supervisor.
- Follow instructions from the F&B; Supervisor, Captain, Chef, or other reporting managers.
- Perform other duties assigned by management as required.

Qualifications & Skills
- SSLC or Plus Two qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurant service or kitchen assistance is an advantage; freshers may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of food service and kitchen hygiene.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and assist with both service and kitchen duties.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit to perform service and kitchen-related duties.
- Valuable personal hygiene, grooming, and professional conduct.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or other hospitality establishments.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to handle both restaurant service and kitchen support duties.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
