Job Title: SEO & Performance Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

We are looking for a motivated SEO & Performance Marketing Executive to improve our website's organic visibility, generate leads, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, keyword research, website optimization, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal links.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor advertising budgets, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Track website traffic and campaign results using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.




- Prepare regular SEO and digital marketing performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and overall marketing performance.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPM, conversions, and ROI.
- Knowledge of content optimization and website performance.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in SEO and performance marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and practical skills may also apply.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and suggest improvements.
- Willingness to learn recent digital marketing tools and techniques.
