SEO Executive / SEO Specialist – Job Requirement Summary
We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive/Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO. The candidate should have strong knowledge of both On-Page and Off-Page SEO along with positive technical SEO understanding. The ideal candidate must be capable of improving website rankings, organic traffic, and overall search visibility through strategic SEO implementation.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO
Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO
Good understanding of Technical SEO
Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
Understanding of indexing, crawling, schema, canonical issues, sitemap, robots.txt, and page speed optimization
Experience in backlink building and link outreach strategies
Ability to optimize website content as per SEO guidelines
Understanding of AI Search Optimization / Google AI Overview will be an advantage
Basic knowledge of WordPress and website structure preferred
Responsibilities :
Improve website rankings and organic traffic
Perform regular SEO audits and technical fixes
Handle on-page optimization for websites and landing pages
Build quality backlinks through off-page activities
Monitor website performance and prepare SEO reports
Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Good communication and reporting skills
Up-to-date with latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
