Role Overview

Responsibilities

· Manage Windchill PLM projects from initiation through delivery and closure

· Work with customers to define requirements, scope, timelines and expectations

· Oversee Windchill administration and upgrade activities

· Prepare RFS documentation and project deliverables

· Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and resources

· Track progress, scope, quality, budgets, costs, revenue and margins

· Manage project risks, issues and critical escalations

· Conduct customer and internal status meetings; prepare dashboards and reports

· Coordinate technical, functional, infrastructure and business teams

· Mentor team members and ensure delivery and quality standards
