Role Description The Senior Vice President Operations will lead end-to-end operations for HPIPL, ensuring efficient delivery of parking infrastructure projects and services across India and select international markets. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves overseeing operations strategy, resource allocation, and process optimization to meet performance, safety, and sustainability goals.

The role includes managing cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence in manufacturing, installation, and service, and ensuring strong coordination among engineering, sales, and customer support.

Operations will be responsible for P&L; oversight, budget planning, and cost control, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service reliability. Day-to-day activities include monitoring key operational metrics, resolving escalated issues, supporting large-scale project execution, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Operations Management, with experience leading complex, multi-site or infrastructure-focused operations.
- Demonstrated capability in P&L; Management, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization for large business units.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and execution, with a track record of aligning operations with long-term business and market goals.
- Advanced Project Management skills, including overseeing large capital projects, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with experience building customer-centric processes and managing escalations.
- Proven leadership experience managing senior teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance in a high-growth environment.
- Background in infrastructure, manufacturing, mobility, or related sectors is highly beneficial; experience with technology-driven solutions is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in using data and KPIs to manage operations.
