We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Travel Executive to join our team at The Travel Factory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
- Prepare tour packages, itineraries, quotations, and travel vouchers.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators, and local guides.
- Manage hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, meals, and other travel arrangements.
- Accompany tour groups as a Tour Leader for domestic and international trips.
- Coordinate with customers before, during, and after their trips.
- Handle customer queries, travel changes, and operational issues.
- Maintain booking records, payment details, and daily reports.
- Ensure smooth tour operations and excellent customer service.




- Be willing to travel with groups whenever required.

Requirements:

- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of flight ticketing systems is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
