- Closing: Address customer doubts, negotiate terms, resolve complaints, and finalize deals.
- Team Guidance: Support junior staff with campaign execution, value selling, script adherence, and CRM discipline.
- CRM &
- Reporting: Log every interaction, update lead statuses, and maintain daily/weekly MIS sales reports.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work with credit, operations, or field sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and order fulfillment.
