Role: Senior Telecaller / Patient Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective IVF patients and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing.
- Explain IVF services, appointments, and treatment processes in a patient-friendly manner.
- Convert enquiries into clinic visits through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain patient databases, lead records, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and the marketing team.
- Handle patient queries with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Guide junior telecallers and monitor team performance and lead conversion.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in IVF, healthcare, or fertility clinics.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills in Hindi and English.
- Robust follow-up, persuasion, and patient relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/Excel proficiency.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
