Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and service information.

- Provide details on hospital services, consultants’ availability, timings, and locations.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, patient details, and follow-ups in the Hospital Information System (HIS) or CRM software.

- Coordinate with hospital units across different locations for appointment confirmation and patient updates.

- Follow standard scripts and communication protocols to ensure consistency in patient interactions.

- Assist in managing feedback calls, promotional campaigns, or patient satisfaction surveys as required.

- Escalate patient concerns or complaints to the appropriate department for timely resolution.

- Ensure high standards of call quality, empathy, and professionalism at all times.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital data protection policies.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Kannada knowledge preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
