Senior Technical Recruiter – Gen AI, Data Engineering & Cloud

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for our Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud teams, partnering with hiring managers and global stakeholders. Recruitment is currently run on Excel (no ATS), so you'll own trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the full hiring cycle, from requirement intake to offer negotiation and joining.
2. Source through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases; screen for technical and cultural fit.
3. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and stakeholder communication.
4. Manage 5–6 recruitment vendors.
5. Prepare the monthly TA MIS (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline) and lead TA reviews with stakeholders.
6. Run campus hiring (7–10 interns/year),



LinkedIn employer branding, onboarding surveys, and TA audits.

Requirements

1. 6+ years in IT recruitment, with hands-on hiring for Gen AI, Data Engineering, and/or Cloud roles (must-have).
2. In-house or captive (GCC) recruitment experience; pure staffing or RPO backgrounds will not be considered.
3. Experience hiring for global stakeholders.
4. Working knowledge of tech stacks like Python, LLMs, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
5. Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, MIS) and PowerPoint skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and a track record of closing roles within timelines.
7. Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
