Educational Background:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) with a focus or practical exposure to food handling/processing, OR

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management with relevant experience in food production

- Candidates without formal technical education or a formal degree who possess 5 to 10 years of robust, continuous, hands-on operational experience in food manufacturing factory floors will also be considered.

Key Skills &

- Competencies:

- Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in Marathi (both spoken and written) to effectively manage on-ground local labor, coordinate with local vendors, and deal with local/FSSAI authorities.

- Production &
- Operations Management:

Ability to manage shift-level factory operations, labor deployment, and handle high-volume daily output targets (e.g., managing production runs for items like parathas, samosas, and frozen chili products/lines).

- Supply Chain, Inventory &

- Logistics Tracking:

Strong understanding and competence in tracking inward and outward material flows, managing raw material supply chains, monitoring raw material inflow, and tracking finished goods inventory.

- Vendor &

- Labor Management:





Skillful at working with labor contractors, assigning tasks, resolving on-ground floor challenges, and streamlining factory workforce output.

- Leadership &

- Reporting:

Strong supervisory skills to direct floor workers, streamline day-to-day manufacturing processes, and deliver structured operations reports according to company formats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee day-to-day food processing and manufacturing operations at the Pune plant, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity.

- Monitor, track, and report on inward/outward material inventories and production metrics according to company formats.

- Supervise floor workers, coordinate with suppliers to maintain smooth raw material inflows, and manage finished product tracking and dispatches.

- Ensure seamless coordination with management, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and contractors to resolve operational challenges.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
