Key Responsibilities

- Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock verification.

- Ensure batch tracking, expiry monitoring, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices.

- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and maintain GRN and material issue records.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged goods, and slow-moving inventory.

- Update inventory records in ERP software and prepare stock reports.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper material storage.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com or BBA.

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably food products, spices, or packaged foods.

- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and batch tracking.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management software.

- Solid organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
