About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Maintenance Engineer / Software Developer to support the enhancement, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and web application development, along with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.

The role involves maintaining existing software systems, implementing enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting critical applications used across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Modify software to fix bugs, improve functionality, adapt to evolving business requirements, and support new technologies.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software enhancements and recent modules.
- Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities before production deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Analyze existing systems and propose improvements for performance, scalability,



security, and usability.
- Assist in software architecture, database design, and application integration activities.
- Investigate and resolve application issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Prepare project status reports, technical reports, and implementation documentation.
- Work closely with Project Managers and other technical teams to understand project constraints, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support deployment activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation stabilization.

Required Technical Skills Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
