Duties

- Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable system architectures utilizing best practices in system design for system development and microservices.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring high performance and security.
- Optimize Salesforce platform performance through effective use of design patterns, code reviews, and version control tools such as GitHub and SVN.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment using tools like Jenkins or similar platforms to streamline software development processes.
- Ensure compliance with security standards such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) while maintaining data integrity across cloud infrastructure environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies including JavaScript frameworks like React Express, Python, Java, C++,



and others to enhance application capabilities.
- Participate actively in Agile software development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote team efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role with a robust understanding of IT infrastructure components.
- Expertise in Apex programming language, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid knowledge of web development technologies including JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration techniques.
- Experience designing scalable systems using design patterns, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency with database management systems like MySQL or SQL Server; familiarity with system design for system development is essential.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles including version control (GitHub/Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, VBA, C#, or Ruby on Rails is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions while adhering to best practices in software design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams across multiple projects.
