IcloudHomes is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead sales activities, drive business growth, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Candidates with experience in the real estate or construction industry will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements
- MBA or BBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales,



preferably in a managerial role.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a sales team and build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development, as required.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000.
