Zoris is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager from the hospitality industry to drive business growth, generate revenue and develop strong corporate and local business relationships across its hospitality operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive sales for hotel room bookings, corporate stays, banquets, events, restaurants and other applicable business offerings.
- Generate new business through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, event planners, companies and local business networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and key accounts.
- Handle client meetings, business proposals, quotations, negotiations and deal closures.
- Follow up on incoming leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase occupancy, event bookings and overall sales.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, Banquet and other departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, client database, follow-up tracker and regular sales reports.
- Monitor local market trends,



competitor offerings and opportunities for business expansion.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4–8 years of sales experience in Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality, Banquets or Events.
- Prior experience in the same industry is mandatory.
- Strong skills in B2B sales, corporate sales, client relationship management and deal closing.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong local networking and business development abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional with an established understanding of the hospitality industry, a solid client network and the ability to generate new business and convert opportunities into revenue.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
