We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive for our retail showroom. The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs and requirements.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, and available offers.
- Recommend suitable products according to customers budgets and preferences.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Convert walk-in customers and follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the store team for stock availability, billing,
and product delivery.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Keep records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
- Support the team in achieving overall showroom sales targets.
