Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sector 65, Gurugram. This role is responsible for driving B2B sales, managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closure.

Qualifications

- Solid track record in tele sales, business development, and account management,



preferably in franchising, or insurance.
- Proficiency in pipeline management, and sales closing techniques, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach and high professional integrity.
- Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and prepare concise reports and forecasts for leadership.
- Comfort with technology-enabled platforms, CRM tools, and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, conduct regular market and client visits, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in the NCR region or similar urban markets and familiarity with franchise or hyperlocal business models is beneficial.
