Role and Responsibility
- Needs to have a good knowledge of Local market with a special focus on the Self-employed category. Must have experience in that Geography
- To understand clients business & provide appropriate products like Business loans, OD facilty
- Has to work closely with DSA’s/do Tele calling/Branch Banking teams for new customer addition.
- To cross sell various products like Current Account/Savings account/Life Insurance and General Insurance
- To build relationships with key persons (CFOs/ promoters) in the target segments & build client trust & confidence.
- To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments (viz.
other banks etc.) & Augment the presence and penetration of the Kotak brand in the target market
- Improve efficiency by monitoring accounts sourced, do top ups on existing loans when possible

Role and Responsibility
- Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
- Identify potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
- Control, monitor & expand distribution network, carry out marketing, sales & brand building activities to attract current customers
- Engage with customers & manage relationships with DSAs to pitch business loan products and build a quality portfolio
- Carry out pre and post loan disbursal activities for business loans, and work towards renewal loans
