SENIOR R&D; EXECUTIVE

Job Location: Bhalgarh, Sonipat, Haryana (Rai Unit 395)

Department: Research & Development (R&D;)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 CTC Per Month

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 15 Days

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on R&D; experience in Spices, Seasonings, Food Processing or FMCG Food Manufacturing.
- Strong practical expertise in Sensory Evaluation, including taste, aroma, colour, texture and flavour assessment.
- Experience in Current Product Development (NPD), product formulation, spice blending and seasoning development.
- Knowledge of product trials, recipe standardization, product testing and formulation improvement.
- Ability to conduct shelf-life studies, raw material evaluation, product benchmarking and cost optimization.
- Understanding of food safety standards, FSSAI requirements, quality parameters and R&D; documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with Production, QA/QC and Procurement for successful product development and commercialization.
- Qualification:



B.Tech / M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Food Technology, Food Science or a relevant discipline.

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE

- 1st Priority: Spice Manufacturing & Seasoning Industry
- 2nd Priority: Food Processing & Packaged Food Manufacturing
- 3rd Priority: FMCG – Food Manufacturing Division
