We required Senior Reinforcement / Shuttering Foreman for our Godrej Mivan Project near Devanahalli

Job Requirement

- Mivon Shuttering - Candidates with work experience can apply.

: A Senior Reinforcement Foreman (often managing steel fixers and rebar crews) oversees all steel reinforcement fabrication, bending, cutting, and on-site placement to ensure structural integrity and compliance with engineering drawings.

- Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret structural drawings, working plans, and specifications to understand rebar schedules.
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS): Prepare, verify, and manage the Bar Bending Schedule to calculate accurate steel quantities and minimize waste.
- Yard & Material Management: Inspect incoming steel reinforcement for quality, grade, weight, and rust, Supervise cutting, bending, and threading activities at the rebar yard. Ensure proper stacking, bundling, and tag-marking of fabricated bars according to BBS codes.
- Crew Supervision & Allocation: Lead, assign, and coordinate daily tasks for steel fixers, helpers, and crane operators. Establish the correct sequence of work (e.g., footings, columns, slabs, and walls)



to prevent site bottlenecks.
- In office Installation & Quality Control: Ensure accurate placement, spacing, overlapping, cover blocks, and tying of rebars prior to concrete pours. Coordinate with site engineers and quality assurance (QA/QC) teams for pre-concreting inspections.
- Safety & Compliance (HSE): Enforce safe lifting practices using cranes, slings, and belts to prevent bar distortion or drop hazards. Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, and maintain a clean, organized rebar workspace.
- Progress Reporting: Track daily production outputs, material consumption, labor hours, and report site challenges directly to the construction superintendent or project manager.
- Mivon Shuttering for High Rise Building Experience must.
