Role Description The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles across the organization.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. The role involves coordinating interview processes, conducting candidate assessments, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment metrics,



support employer branding initiatives, and ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a variety of roles and levels in manufacturing industry
- Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR leadership, and business teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and online job portals; familiarity with social media recruiting and networking platforms.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, local labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to hiring in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and maintain a professional candidate experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or specialized HR certification is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, agro-based, or FMCG industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with large-scale, geographically distributed talent sourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requisitions, and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
