Senior Recruiter – IT & Non-IT Roles

3. Salary 50000 - 60000 IRS per month plus commissions and Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have robust sourcing skills, experience managing client relationships, and a proven record of successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting.

- Screen and interview candidates, assessing skills, experience, motivation, and suitability.

- Present qualified shortlists with clear candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, negotiate offers, and support candidates through joining.





- Build talent pipelines for specialist, managerial, and leadership positions.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and meet agreed placement and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency or executive search firm.

- Demonstrated success recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles.

- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and business functions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within tight deadlines.

- UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred.
