Job Title: Field Collections Executive / Field Collection Officer

Role Purpose: Responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring recovery targets are achieved while following company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers at their residences, offices, or business locations to collect overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment commitments.
- Negotiate repayment plans for delinquent accounts.
- Verify customer information and update records in collection systems.
- Maintain accurate reports of collection activities and daily visits.
- Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Meet monthly collection and recovery targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and customer service.

Required Skills
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of collections, recovery, and financial products.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with mobile applications or collection management systems.
- Time management and route-planning skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in collections, recovery, banking, NBFC, microfinance, or financial services is advantageous.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
