Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior React Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, responsive, and high performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern frontend technologies, and REST API integration. The candidate should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and contribute to technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.  Build reusable, efficient, and high-quality UI components.  Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces compatible with multiple browsers and devices.  Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following frontend development best practices.  Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow.  Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or other state management solutions.  Optimize application performance, rendering, and loading speed.  Implement routing, form validation, authentication, and authorization.  Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.  Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and production defects.  Collaborate with UI/UX designers,



backend developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.  Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.  Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical improvements where required.

Required Technical

Skills  Strong hands-on experience with React.js.  Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.  Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.  Experience with React Hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle concepts.  Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.  Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations.  Knowledge of React Router and modern frontend architecture.  Experience with UI frameworks such as Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar.  Understanding of browser compatibility, web accessibility, and frontend security.  Experience with Git and version control systems.  Familiarity with unit testing tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.  Understanding of build tools, package managers, and frontend optimization techniques.  Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.





Preferred Qualifications  Experience developing enterprise-scale web applications.  Knowledge of Next.js and server-side rendering.  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.  Experience with performance profiling and optimization.  Exposure to micro-frontends and reusable component libraries.  Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.  Experience with automated testing and code-quality tools. Soft Skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.  Ability to understand requirements and provide technical inputs.  Proactive attitude with strong ownership and accountability.  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Experience Requirements  Minimum 5 years and maximum 6 years of relevant React development experience.  Candidates should have strong hands-on expertise in React.js and modern frontend technologies.  Strong communication skills are mandatory.  Candidates with less than 5 years or more than 6 years of relevant experience should not apply if they fall outside the specified experience range.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
