Role Description The Senior Project Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of landscaping and environmental projects. This position manages project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The role includes coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams, while monitoring onsite operations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Manager will track project performance, manage risks, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements. The role also involves mentoring project staff,



maintaining documentation, and supporting business growth through efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Operational management capabilities in onsite execution, resource coordination, and vendor/contractor oversight.
- Experience working on landscaping, construction, infrastructure, or environmental projects, preferably in high-end residential or commercial developments.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and site plans; familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, assigning responsibilities, and guiding performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management are an advantage.
- Comfort working full-time on-site in Varanasi, with flexibility to visit multiple project locations as needed.
- Prior experience in sustainable or eco-friendly development projects is highly desirable.
