We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in HVAC and VRF systems, particularly in high-rise building and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent client coordination skills, and the ability to manage site execution independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC and VRF installation and execution in high-rise buildings and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with clients,and site teams.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the project schedule.
- Coordinate material planning, procurement, delivery, and site requirements.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover of HVAC and VRF systems.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC and VRF projects.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building and commercial HVAC projects.
- Strong client coordination and site management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of HVAC installation, execution, and commissioning.
- Ability to manage site teams, materials, and project schedules independently.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
