Key Responsibilities

- Handle purchase activities for mechanical and electrical products.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and material availability.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain records.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
- Maintain vendor relationships and procurement documentation.
- Ensure purchased materials meet required specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
