Touchwood Entertainment Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Production Head to lead and manage the production and on-ground execution of weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production planning, vendor management, budgeting, technical setups, manpower coordination, and timely event execution while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise end-to-end production planning and execution for weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations.

- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, decorators, technicians, and production teams.

- Prepare production schedules, checklists, material requirements, and execution plans.

- Manage production budgets, vendor quotations, negotiations, and cost control.

- Oversee stage fabrication, décor, lighting, sound, structures, and other technical requirements.

- Conduct venue visits, site inspections, measurements, and feasibility assessments.

- Coordinate with design, wedding planning, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Supervise manpower allocation, installation, dismantling, transportation, and material movement.

- Monitor on-site progress, quality, safety standards, and adherence to timelines.

- Resolve production-related challenges, delays,



and last-minute changes efficiently.

- Maintain vendor records, inventory details, material tracking, and production documentation.

- Ensure effective resource utilization and timely delivery of all production requirements.

- Lead the production team and provide guidance to junior team members.

- Conduct final site checks to ensure all production elements meet approved designs and client expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in event management or production is preferred.

- Relevant experience in event production, preferably in weddings, luxury events, or large-scale celebrations.

- Strong knowledge of fabrication, décor, stage production, lighting, sound, and technical setups.

- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and team leadership skills.

- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, production documentation, and cost sheets.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and in office challenges.

- Willingness to travel to event venues and work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights during events.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
