Qualification:- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:- 7–8 Years
Salary:- ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project costs, material requirements, labour allocation, and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project timelines.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
Requirements:-
- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, project planning, and construction practices.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and teams effectively.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
