About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager - POS to lead the product strategy, roadmap, development, and business outcomes for a comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) portfolio, including Cloud POS, Offline POS, Mobile POS, and omnichannel retail solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in retail technology, enterprise SaaS products, POS platforms, and omnichannel customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Product

Strategy &

- Roadmap :
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cloud POS, Offline POS, and Mobile POS solutions.
- Lead product discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and customer requirement gathering.
- Prioritize product enhancements based on business impact, customer needs, ROI, and market opportunities.
- Drive modernization and migration of existing POS platforms.

2.

Omnichannel

Retail &

- POS Experience :
- Develop and enhance retail customer journeys covering billing, payments, promotions, loyalty programs, returns, and inventory visibility.
- Enable seamless shopping experiences across physical stores, e-commerce platforms, and marketplaces.
- Drive innovation in Mobile POS, assisted selling, and checkout-anywhere experiences.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, usability, and offline functionality across enterprise retail environments.

3.

Product

Development &

- Integrations :
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Design, QA, and Implementation teams.
- Lead integrations with ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, and other retail systems.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch and adoption.
- Ensure scalability, security, API compatibility, and platform performance.

4. AI &





- Retail Innovation :
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven capabilities into retail operations and POS workflows.
- Explore intelligent checkout, automated store operations, personalized recommendations, and AI-powered assistance.
- Use contemporary AI and prototyping tools to validate new product ideas.

Business

Outcomes &

- Product Growth :
- Own product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and business performance.
- Define product KPIs and measure post-launch success.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve product positioning and adoption.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 8 years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of POS products.
- Proven experience leading a product team and owning product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Cloud POS, Offline POS, and Mobile POS.
- Strong experience developing enterprise-grade products with offline resilience, high availability, scalability, and integrations with ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM systems.
- Mandatory omnichannel retail experience covering all the following :
- Billing and checkout
- Payment processing
- Promotions and discounts
- Customer loyalty programs
- Real-time inventory visibility
- Hands-on experience managing the SaaS product lifecycle and ERP integrations.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, enterprise POS architecture, API integrations, and omnichannel commerce.
- Excellent stakeholder management, product leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
