Senior Product Analyst - Workday
What you ll do
- Contributes to project team backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations
- Leads functional feature discovery efforts for Core HR
- Analyzes complex business processes, and defines integrated business and solution requirements using industry standard methodologies and techniques
- Coordinates functional and non-functional testing to support solution validation
- Maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the Core HCM system and business processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with, and robust understanding of Product Ownership for Agile Scrum Teams
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training/experience
- 2+ years experience working on a large, global platform of Workday HCM with Core HR focus

calculated fields and condition rules and managing EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
- Strong listening and communication skills (written, verbal)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules. Knowledge of other Workday modules is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between Core HCM and other modules/systems, providing functional inputs as needed.
