Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Post-Sales Manager with strong experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation industry to manage post-sales activities, billing, invoicing, documentation, dispatch coordination, and customer payment follow-ups.

Responsibilities

- Manage complete post-sales activities from order confirmation to final dispatch and payment follow-up.

- Prepare and verify sales invoices, proforma invoices, billing documents, and related commercial documents.

- Coordinate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) requirements with customers and internal teams.

- Prepare and maintain Performa/Proforma Invoices as required.

- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Accounts, Production, Dispatch, and Sales teams for timely order execution.

- Handle dispatch documentation and coordinate material dispatches as per customer requirements.

- Follow up with customers regarding invoice acceptance, GRN completion, payments, and outstanding amounts.

- Ensure accurate billing as per purchase orders, quotations, work orders, and agreed commercial terms.

- Monitor pending invoices, deliveries, GRNs, and payment status.

- Resolve customer queries related to billing, invoices, dispatches, documentation,



and payments.

- Maintain proper records of sales orders, invoices, dispatch documents, GRNs, and payment follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the Accounts team for receivables and outstanding payment collection.

- Prepare regular reports on billing, dispatch status, outstanding payments, and post-sales activities.

- Ensure timely completion of all post-sales documentation and customer commitments.

Requirements

- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Post-Sales / Sales Coordination / Billing / Commercial Operations.

- Solid experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation industry is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of billing, invoice preparation, proforma invoices, GRN, dispatch documentation, and payment follow-up.

- Experience in handling B2B / industrial customers.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.

- Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
