Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Senior Planning Engineer.

The Senior Planning

Engineer will develop, update, and optimize project schedules using appropriate planning tools, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project milestones.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to gather progress data, analyzing schedule variances, and preparing mitigation plans. The role involves resource and production planning, monitoring project control metrics,



and preparing regular reports and dashboards on timelines, costs, and risks.

The Senior Planning

Engineer will also support tender planning, review construction methodologies from a planning perspective, and contribute to continuous improvement in planning and control processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Planning and Production Planning, with experience in developing and managing project schedules and resource plans.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities, including monitoring progress, variance analysis, and risk assessment.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and presenting planning reports and insights.
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline; advanced certification in project planning or project management is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, or EPC projects, preferably on large or complex assignments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with contractual terms, claims support, and industry best practices in planning and project controls.
