Role &

responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable platform components using Python.

- Implement fine-grained, resource-level access controls to ensure secure and authorized access to platform resources.

- Design secure storage mechanisms for conversations, messages, execution traces, and supporting evidence.

- Implement structured response validation to ensure API and system outputs comply with defined schemas and data contracts.

- Replace hard-coded dependencies with configurable, policy-driven designs to improve flexibility and maintainability.

- Establish reliable audit trails, traceability, and evidence management mechanisms.

- Strengthen platform security through secure coding practices, access-control enforcement, data protection, and engineering baseline hardening.

- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability,



maintainability, and production readiness.

Mandatory Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.

- Experience in backend or platform engineering, including API development and secure system design.

- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC/ABAC, and fine-grained access control.

- Experience with structured data validation using Pydantic, JSON Schema, or equivalent technologies.

- Knowledge of secure data storage, audit logging, traceability, and evidence management.

- Experience designing configurable systems and policy-driven components.

- Strong understanding of API security, data integrity, error handling, and production debugging.
