Senior OT Technician – Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre (OT) before, during, and after surgical procedures.

- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical operations.

- Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments and OT equipment.

- Handle, maintain, and troubleshoot OT equipment and surgical instruments.

- Ensure availability of surgical instruments, consumables, and required equipment before procedures.

- Monitor OT hygiene, infection control, and aseptic techniques.

- Maintain OT records, sterilization logs, equipment checklists, and surgical documentation.

- Supervise and guide junior OT technicians and support staff.

- Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and other departments for smooth OT operations.

- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and emergency procedures.

- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates of OT consumables.

- Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per hospital guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
