– Senior Network Engineer (Wireless) Location: Remote

About The Role We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, specialising in wireless infrastructure, Wi-Fi architecture, security, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and optimise enterprise Wi-Fi and WLAN infrastructure.
- Conduct RF site surveys using tools such as Ekahau.
- Configure and manage Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central, and Juniper Mist platforms.
- Implement wireless security using 802.1X, WPA3-Enterprise, and RADIUS.
- Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity, roaming, and performance issues.
- Automate network operations using Python or Ansible.
- Monitor network performance and collaborate with global IT and security teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience with a solid wireless specialisation.




- Knowledge of Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7, RF fundamentals, and roaming protocols.
- Experience with routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP, DHCP, DNS, and network security.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise WLAN platforms and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Ansible for network automation is desirable.
- CWNP, CCNP Enterprise, CCNA Wireless, or Aruba certifications are preferred.

Preferred Experience

- High-density wireless environments such as offices, campuses, warehouses, and auditoriums.
- Wi-Fi asset tracking, location-based services, and IoT wireless technologies such as BLE and Zigbee.
