Dear Candidate,

We are looking for experienced MEP Engineers to join our team at MCS India Limited. Candidates must have 10+ years of relevant experience in construction company projects and site execution.

Key Requirements:

- Strong technical knowledge of all MEP works, including Mechanical, Electrical,HVAC and Plumbing systems.
- Extensive experience in construction site management, execution, supervision, and coordination.
- Ability to handle client meetings, client communications, and technical discussions independently.
- Thorough knowledge of MEP billing, bill preparation, abstract preparation, quantity calculations, BOQ, and measurements.
- Ability to handle all MEP-related documentation, reports, and project coordination.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications,



and project requirements.
- All technical aspects of MEP execution and billing should be well understood, with the ability to work independently and confidently.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on large-scale construction projects and can independently manage site activities, client coordination, and billing-related responsibilities.
