Seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical product design, CAD modeling, and engineering drafting for electro-mechanical enclosures, vehicle sub-systems, and thermal management architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- CAD & Drafting: Create 3D parametric models, large assemblies, and 2D production drawings with strict GD&T; (ASME Y14.5) application using SolidWorks and Creo Parametric.
- Thermal & Packaging: Design mechanical enclosures for power electronics and compute hardware focusing on electrotechnical cooling and heat dissipation.
- PLM & Lifecycle: Manage BOMs, revisions, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in Enovia / Enterprise PLM.
- Design Optimization: Apply DFM/DFA principles across sheet metal, injection molding, extrusions, and CNC machining.
- Collaboration: Lead technical design reviews and coordinate directly with cross-functional teams and external vendors.





Requirements MUST-HAVE:

- Degree: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- CAD Software: High proficiency in SolidWorks and mid-level proficiency in Creo Parametric.
- Engineering Skills: High proficiency in 2D drafting, 1D/3D tolerance stack-up analysis, and GD&T.;
- Communication: Robust stakeholder communication skills for leading design alignment and vendor reviews.
- Experience: 46 years of product design experience in an MNC / Tier-1 engineering environment.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

- Experience in electrotechnical cooling (cold plates, TIMs, liquid/air cooling).
- Background in data-center thermal management or EV systems (battery packs, inverters, OBCs).
- Hands-on exposure to Enovia PLM integration.
