Senior Marketing Manager Hospitality Group | KVMN Group

KVMN Group is looking for a highly experienced, creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for our growing portfolio of pubs, restaurants, bars and breweries across Australia.

We are looking for a strong marketing professional who can independently develop strategies, execute campaigns and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple hospitality brands.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
- Increase customer footfall, restaurant bookings, event enquiries and revenue.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events and seasonal marketing.
- Manage social media, content creation, branding and advertising.
- Develop email marketing, CRM and customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with Australian venue managers and management teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets and ROI.
- Manage designers, content creators and external marketing agencies.
- Identify new opportunities to grow brand awareness and sales.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of proven marketing experience (mandatory).




- Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, pub or F&B; marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and social media marketing.
- Proven experience managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and work independently.
- Experience targeting Australian or international markets is an advantage.
