Looking for smart Marketing Executive with minimum 2-4yrs experience in generating leads, negotiating with customers, achieving targets.

Location: OLDTOWN, Bhubaneswar

Basic knowledge in SOLAR services will be an advantage

Two-wheeler is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Source leads through market visits, references, networking, cold calling and local business contacts.
- Identify potential residential, commercial and industrial customers requiring solar solutions.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements, budget and project needs.
- Present and explain the company’s solar products and services effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into sales/business opportunities through consistent follow-up and negotiation.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, quotations and project proposals.
- Follow up with customers from initial enquiry until order confirmation.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads generated, follow-ups and conversions.
- Explore new markets and continuously develop a strong customer pipeline.

Required Skills

- Strong field sales and lead-generation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to convert leads into business
- Good customer relationship management
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
- Basic knowledge of solar products/services will be an advantage
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
