- Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Marketing Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing landing pages, website visuals, social media creatives, event promotional materials, brochures, and flyers.

- The candidate should be capable of translating marketing requirements into visually appealing designs that strengthen brand identity, support marketing campaigns, and communicate product and service offerings effectively.

- Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing & Social Media Design

- - Create engaging creatives for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

- - Design digital marketing banners, promotional graphics, and campaign creatives.

- - Develop visual assets for product launches, webinars, events, and promotional campaigns.

- - Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.

- - Landing Page & Website Design

- - Design visually appealing, conversion-focused landing pages for marketing campaigns.

- - Create website banners, promotional graphics, and other website marketing assets.

- - Develop page layouts with clear visual hierarchy, compelling visuals, and strategically placed call-to-action elements.

- - Collaborate with marketing and development teams to implement website and landing page designs.

- - Marketing Collateral Design
- - Design brochures, flyers, company profiles, product presentations, and other marketing materials.

- - Create promotional materials to communicate the company's products, services, and solutions.

- - Ensure consistency in typography, colours, layouts, and brand identity.

- - Event & Promotional Design

- - Design event banners, standees, backdrops, invitations, and other promotional materials.

- - Create digital creatives for conferences,



exhibitions, webinars, and corporate events.

- - Prepare print-ready designs when required.

- - Brand Management & Creative Execution

- - Maintain brand consistency across digital and offline marketing materials.

- - Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to understand design requirements.

- - Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.

- - Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and marketing effectiveness.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- - Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in graphic design, marketing design, or visual communication.

- - Must have hands-on experience designing landing pages.

- - Experience creating social media creatives, website visuals, brochures, flyers, and event materials.

- - Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.

- - Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

- - Experience working with an in-house marketing team.

- - Ability to understand marketing briefs and translate them into effective visual designs.

- - Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.

- - Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

- Preferred Background
- - Experience in IT services, technology solutions, software products, B2B businesses, or other technology-driven organisations.

- - Experience designing marketing assets for products and services.

- - Familiarity with landing page optimisation and conversion-focused design.

- - Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing tools is an advantage.
