Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute large-scale corporate events, incentive trips, leadership conferences, recognition programs, and business meetings.

- Lead end-to-end event delivery, including concept development, vendor management, logistics, budgeting, and on-ground execution.

- Manage domestic and international MICE programs, working closely with hotels, airlines, tourism boards, agencies, and destination partners.

- Drive virtual and hybrid event experiences using event technology platforms.

- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage event budgets effectively.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, safety, and risk management requirements.

- Develop post-event reports, insights, and continuous improvement plans.

- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful event experiences.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Event Management, Marketing, or related fields.

- 12+ years of experience in corporate events, MICE, hospitality, or incentive travel.

- Proven experience managing large-scale events and overseas incentive trips.

- Solid vendor management, stakeholder management, and budget management skills.

- Excellent project management and execution capabilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.
