About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead multidisciplinary project execution across solar power, water supply and sanitation (WSS), electrical systems, mechanical works, automation, bay/substation works, and civil infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality, safety, and timely commissioning of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of solar power projects, including planning, procurement support, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Manage electrical works such as HT/LT systems, transformers, panels, cabling, earthing, protection systems, and grid connectivity.
- Supervise mechanical works, including pumps, piping, structures, equipment installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
- Oversee WSS projects, including water treatment, pumping stations, pipelines, distribution networks, and related infrastructure.
- Coordinate bay/substation works, switchyard activities, protection systems, and integration with grid/utility requirements.
- Manage automation and SCADA/PLC-based monitoring, control, instrumentation, and data systems.
- Coordinate civil works such as foundations, structures, site development, drainage, and quality inspections.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, bills, progress reports, and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government departments, utilities,



vendors, and internal teams.
- Lead, train, and mentor site engineers and project staff.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification or PMP/project management certification will be an advantage.

Experience:

- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in solar, power, water infrastructure, EPC, or multidisciplinary project execution.
- Prior experience in a Senior Manager or senior project leadership role is preferred.

Technical Knowledge Required:

- Solar power plants and EPC execution
- Water Supply & Sanitation (WSS) systems
- Electrical substations, bays, switchyards, and grid connection
- Mechanical equipment, pumping systems, and piping
- Automation, SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation
- Civil works coordination and quality control
- Project planning, billing, procurement, and contractor management
- Safety, statutory compliance, and commissioning procedures

Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team-management ability
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Good knowledge of MS Project/Excel and project reporting
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Compensation ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and project responsibilities.
