Responsibilities
- Supplier, Invoice, and Expense Testing
- Execute test scripts for supplier setup, invoice processing, and expense reimbursement scenarios.
- Validate supplier workflows, invoice entry, PO and non-PO matching, approvals, routing, reimbursement, and settlement.
- Assist in validating supplier data, invoice configurations, expense configurations, and related controls.
- Document test results and identify defects or process gaps.
- Support issue tracking, resolution, and retesting.
- Experience managing UAT and ERP deployments, and design workflow
- Partner with Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement, and project teams during testing cycles.
