Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the company's overall accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, fund planning, and daily payment requirements.
- Supervise bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely GST returns, TDS/TCS compliance, income tax documentation, and other applicable statutory filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor customer billing, revenue collection, overdue payments, and project-wise profitability.
- Verify expenses, vendor invoices, reimbursements, and payment requests according to company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports covering cash flow, receivables, payables, expenses, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, procurement, and site teams for financial documentation and expense control.
- Manage internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.




- Establish internal financial controls to prevent errors, duplicate payments, and financial irregularities.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and statutory authorities as required.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and business decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance.
- Experience: 812 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a senior-level role.
- CA qualification is not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in cash flow management, working capital, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel.
- Robust leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, heavy equipment rental, or crane rental businesses will be preferred.
