Oversee daily coal movement via rail rakes, road tipping, and private sidings (CHP operations, payloader loading, weighbridge management, FOIS, and railway rake allocation).

- State Compliances:
Manage complete documentation and compliance for i3MS e-transit passes, CoalNet, FSA/e-Auction DOs, OSPCB environmental norms, and third-party coal sampling (CIMFR/SGS).
- Stakeholder &
- IR Management:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with MCL Area GMs, Railway authorities, local transport unions, village committees, and district officials to ensure uninterrupted field operations.
- Team &
- Contractor Leadership:
Lead field logistics supervisors,
weighbridge staff, and liaison executives. Manage 3PL operators and tipper fleets strictly against operational SLAs and safety norms.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Mandatory prior experience leading coal dispatch in the Talcher / MCL region.
- Domain Mastery: Deep working knowledge of i3MS, CoalNet, Railway Freight Rules, and demurrage control strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Robust team handling capability, crisis management expertise, and adept at navigating regional socio-political dynamics.
